- These conditions include our services for home and business customers

any loss calculated by reference to profits, income, or business (or loss of such profits, income, or business);

(e) failure by you to follow our reasonable advice, recommendations or instructions
(f) unable to provide a service to you as a result of any event that is outside our reasonable control
- No Fix, No Fee. we will use all reasonable skill and care when attempting to diagnose and fix the particular technical problem you are experiencing. If stated for that service on our main website, or by mutual agreement or advertisement the service is provided as a no-fix-no-fee; We will not charge you if we are unable to fix the problem, provided you have fully complied with these terms of service. If you have not complied with these terms of service, a cancellation charge may apply.
- For virus removal and virus protection; we will not be responsible for;

- Remote support is provided upon the agreement that;
(a) you will be charged for a 'session' based on time to fix the problem
(b) you have the correct requirements in order for us to gain remote access
- To carry out any of our services the customer and the related items should meet the requirements and have;
(a) A suitable working environment
(b) Licensed Software
(c) Operating System Disc and License must be available at the time of service
(d) Password(s) for operating systems and / or your Internet Service Provider must be available at the time of service
(e) A suitable computer or hardware item to complete the work
